If you want to support Tommy's, the baby charity, you could raise money for us when you're at work! Why not encourage your colleagues to sponsor you to cycle to work every day, tidy your desk, shave your head, give up your break-time chocolate bar, get to work on time, or perhaps do a Challenge Event such as the Flora London Marathon or a parachute jump. You could also encourage your colleagues to get involved in fundraising activities such as a dress-down day, or a 5-a-side football competition between departments. You could set up a 'penalty' collecting box for lateness and untidiness in the office, or ask everyone to make a donation rather than buying each other Christmas cards next year.

Another way to help is to encourage your company to support Tommy's. Some of the ways that your company can get involved include choosing Tommy's as their Charity of the Year, giving a Company Donation, or Sponsoring a particular event. Other ways to support Tommy's include joining our Pregnancy Accreditation Programme, taking part in the Parent Friendly Awards, developing a Product Promotion in aid of the charity, or offering Gifts in Kind, expertise or volunteers.
